Pizza Hut - Magnolia

I ordered pizza and breadsticks today. The staff told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when my son went to pick it up, they took his debit card but never returned to the window. From the time I placed the order until we received it, a total of 55 minutes had passed. My son called me while he was still in line for 20 minutes before I reached out to find out why no one had come back to the window. The woman on the phone mentioned that the order wasn’t ready yet. My son arrived just 5 minutes after they claimed it was ready, and when he finally got to the window, they asked him to move because the order was still not ready and they needed to wait for the car behind him. When we finally received our meal, it was cold. We won't be returning; the service was truly disappointing.
