We sat at the table with the child for 20 minutes, near the kitchen, complete ignorance, 23.04 at 13:30 whoever was working, hello to them! Maybe we need to have more workers, if someone doesn’t have time... that’s how many people swore not to come there....
I dined at this restaurant a few years back, and it was quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, my recent visit turned into a disappointing experience. They served us sour beer, which was off-putting. We ordered soup for the child, and while it was bland—something that could be easily improved—the broth was almost spoiled, with noticeable acidity. The salads were good, but the grilled chicken was simply awful. Honestly, even a novice cook at home could prepare something tastier. Overall, I want to give a shout-out to the staff, especially those in the kitchen, and I sincerely hope they can improve and grow in their profession.
I placed a delivery order through the app and completed the payment, but after waiting for nearly three hours, I decided to call and inquire about my order. To my surprise, there was no record of it. They asked me to provide the order details again and send a receipt of my payment. After about 40-50 minutes, the pizza was finally delivered, but the courier asked me to pay for it again. While I have no complaints about the pizza itself, I encountered many problems with the app and the service.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the takeout entrance. I waited a long time, calling out and ringing the bell, but the staff just laughed and acted like they didn’t hear me. The food was excellent (5/5), but the service was incredibly lacking (1/5). The atmosphere was nice as well (5/5).
