What a mess . We probably arrived in the middle of a rush hour, but still. There was a very long line, no one at the check-in to receive the guests. The guests waiting in line were forced to smush with their luggage around the carts of food waiting to be served (so unhygienic). The tables were dirty, it just looked really bad under staffed and badly managed. I hope Amex will take action to change this lounge, because it doesn't reflect what Amex stands for. However the food, when it finally arrived, was delicious.
