It's our usual Chinese, we always order delivery here. The service is fast, the food is good and the price is normal. Crispy rolls, perfectly cooked 3D rice, tasty pork and very delicious duck.

In the QUINTANA neighborhood we find the YANG GUANG BAR RESTAURANT, a functional bar that also offers Chinese cuisine adapted to the West or that consumed in the South of the great Asian country. We start with an iconic WONTON SOUP, a soup made in the style of LETTUCE and CHICKEN soup. The slightly simple soup serves as a base for the Wontones that boast minimal filling. The soup was simple and pleasant. We continue with the CHAO LAN FAN, a proposal based on CARROT, BEEF, YORK HAM, EGG, PEAS, MUSHROOMS AND PRAWNS. THE RICE was well seasoned, with its THICK SOY SAUCE, SALT AND GLUTAMATE almost minimal. In general terms the proposal was good, especially if it weren't because we found the odd piece of cartilage that disconnected us from the pleasant moment of the tasting. We find this detail unfavorable, because in dishes of this type there must be an impeccable and refined preparation of its ingredients. Finally, we have opted for a BEEF WITH MUSHROOMS. The BEEF was of good quality; lean and clean meat used and consumed at 100%, its SOY SAUCE was well combined with the OYSTER SAUCE AND RICE FLOUR. The marinade of the meat with its RICE WINE, its SALT, ITS AJINOMOTO AND ITS WHITE PEPPER, made the dish a well executed proposal in every way.
