The way they handled the matter seemed to change based on their alcohol consumption, which raises concerns about their professionalism. I believe the owner, Gary, and manager Dara Kron should be made aware of the problematic and aggressive behavior of their security staff, which includes neglect of the law regarding service animals and possible discrimination.

If you have to burden yourself with intelligence, this is the place to be.

The quality of service you receive at this restaurant can vary depending on the bartender. The owner is genuinely a nice person, but one of his employees raises some concerns for me when it comes to professionalism. I was charged five dollars by this employee simply because I politely interrupted her lengthy conversation with her friends to say, "Excuse me, miss." It seems unreasonable, especially when I had previously paid just three dollars for a drink.
