Taco Bell - Madison

"This is one of the better Taco Bells around. My order is almost always correct, and they work as quickly as possible whether I'm ordering from my car or inside. The dining area is generally quite clean, although the bathroom could use some attention. Be sure to bring a sweatshirt, though—it's 95° outside but feels much colder inside at around 45°. It's the perfect place to cool off in the summer! Food: 5/5."

I visited the drive-thru for the second time and was disappointed with the customer service. As a former manager, I expected better. There was no friendly greeting or "Have a beautiful day," just a blank expression. It seems to always be the same girl at the window. I suggest hiring someone who is more polite and shows they want to be there.

I visited the restaurant recently and ordered the chicken quesadilla, but it was served cold and the shredded cheese was not melted. One triangle had no cheese at all, one had just one piece, and the preferred two triangles had two pieces each. My taco was amusingly topped with cheese but had hardly any chicken, and it lacked lettuce as well. I would rate the atmosphere 3 out of 5 since I didn't stay inside for long.

Hands down, the best tb in the opposite fast and friendly service every time I start working here sinful in the opposite. the quality and part of the food were the same. I never see the drink area or the escaping dirty over ground for busy times.

Fast food and friendly service. It is not gourmet by any means but it is cheap, plentiful, and fast. Some old favorites are back on the menu. Check it out.Food: 5/5
