フィードバックを提供するThe staff was extremely welcoming and seated me promptly at the bar. The lobster was decent, the biscuits were a bit salty but tasty, and the dessert was excellent. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic, from the presentation to the portion size to the flavor. The staffing seemed to be a struggle, as it has been in many places during this 'Let's Go Brandon' economy. However, the two waitresses who were working did an excellent job despite the high number of customers.
There were 6 of us in our group. I called 3 hours in advance to get on the waitlist, but still had to wait 40 minutes. It would be better if reservations were available. I would rate this restaurant 4.5 stars. The food was good, but not outstanding. The biscuits were definitely the highlight. Our server was attentive and did a great job. The lobster dish was pretty good as well.
The ambience and the feeling of the restaurant was the same as any other RL, but what I wasn't enjoying was that even with a full kitchen the lobster was cold and the food overall was subpar. However, the staff was very nice, polite and understanding. Perhaps due to the Kovid the standards were not as well maintained as other times I have been Red Lobster.
We had six people at our party. I called three hours before to get a list, but I had to wait 40 minutes. Why don't you have reservations? So I really give 4.5 stars. Food is good, not excellent. Of course, the cookies are fabulous. Our server was very good and attentive. Praise pretty good.
