フィードバックを提供するHands down, one of the best late nightspots! I remember college 18 years ago. Various location (used to be Amys Cafe), but the same exact quality. Absolutely perfect. The price has not changed very much. Sirloin is better than the potato, but both are excellent. I even bought frozen orders to go home. Love this place!!
Cheap, tasty and unique. One of our favorite spots we've been meeting since the move to the area! Get the mix with the works, then use the sauces at the table to do your order down, nothing else you need. Also super cheap to go orders you can throw into the freezer and heat up in boiling water. Can't really go wrong, what you order here?
Never had Pel’meni Russian dumplings) before, so I really don’t know what to compare. However, a comparison is not even relative if the product is simply unique and very tasty. You can not beat a very delicious and fill lunch for under $12. Order the “Full order mix, double works”. You will get some delicious potatoes and ground beef dumplings in sweet chilli sauce, yellow mustard powder, and shed with acid cream and fresh Zilantro. This is really an excellent example of how simplicity works. Damaged emptying. Who would have thought!!!
Positively surprised by the similarity of this beef plumeni to Turkish manti. The only difference is the latter is served with garlic yoghurt and melted butter and comminuted paprika/tomato sauce above as on the photo (cooked by spouse). I just liked the hot sauce and cilantro combination. next time we buy in bulk and cook at home.
When Paul was a wee lad he thought you himself, How can I bring smiles and comfort to the good people of Madison, Wisconsin? And then a dumpling fell off a tree and hit him on the head. Eureka!! An idea was born. Paul perfected his precious pel 'meni and shared his natural born gift with all who could dine at his fine establishment. The tender mouth-watering meat and potato pel 'meni will bring you comfort and delight like you never imagined before. The works is a desirable addition to the meal, but is optional. A must stop restaurant when living or visiting Madison.
