Olive Garden Italian

The food is consistently good but not exceptional. The service is satisfactory, though not outstanding. Unfortunately, the chicken had a low-quality flavor. However, I really enjoy the pasta and breadsticks. Olive Garden offers a familiar experience each time you visit, so you know exactly what to expect. One of the best aspects is that they usually seat you promptly, so there's rarely a wait for diners.

Once we arrived, we called to let them know we were in the parking lot. Austin personally came out to deliver our correct order and sincerely apologized for the mix-up and the inconvenience of having to come back—not something many places acknowledge in similar situations. He not only offered a heartfelt apology, but also gave us a $25 gift card so we could try them again and experience the standard they usually provide, which is definitely the exception, not the rule. He also generously offered us free desserts, listing all the options available. Once we made our choice, he went back inside to have them made fresh and brought them out to our car. This was an outstanding example of customer service! At no point did he try to shift the blame onto us (for instance, by saying we should have checked the bag), and he didn’t ask for the wrong order back, which meant they ensured other customers got their food fresh too. As someone with extensive experience in customer service, I tend to critique restaurants more rigorously than the average customer, making our experience at West Side Olive Garden all the more impressive! Kudos to Austin and the team for turning a challenging situation into a positive one! We will definitely be back!

I really appreciate seeing a manager pitch in and work hard when the restaurant is short-staffed. The service was excellent!

I mean...it 's Olive Garden. The food is meh and overpriced. The staff were amazing, though. Very kind and attentive.

Soup, salad and bread sticks oh my! Two soups, two salads and six bread sticks and I'm full. Sicilian Sunrise was my drink and it was mighty tasty, purple. It may have tested my manhood drinking a purple drink but nobody tried to take my manhood card.
