Jack's - Madison

This is one of the nicest Jasks I've been to. When was the last time you had a great customer service experience? Well, here you will get it. Everyone was so nice and helpful and appeared that they actually wanted to work, unlike some other places. Great people at this location and the food were also on point.

I love that they have plain gravy for the biscuit and gravy. I only go to this Jack's for breakfast

Them chicken and waffle biscuits? sandwiches? Are pretty good. Huge pice of chicken on a slightly too small waffle. The syrup needs an upgrade but it's good without it.

I had a few minutes left this morning. I thought going to Burger King didn't have enough time to go to Bojangles and I never had a problem with Jack's until this morning. Drive through the line quickly moving. I got my food and brought it home so my wife and I could have breakfast together before we went to work. She had a sausage biscuit, a lot of Gravy had broken a biscuit and broken half a sausage into four pieces. I wasn't too good in geometry, but I could say it wasn't a full sausage patty. I had a chicken biscuit. Pretty much the same thing I get everywhere. Jack is always made me right chicken biscuits until this morning, the biscuit was decent tasting as it might sit for an hour, but it was definitely made that tomorrow, can not say the same for the chicken not crispy at any kind of gooey actually. You can say that it was from the day before when no longer was left. I think I take the extra time for a while and drive to the place on the street where the spicy chicken biscuits with Ranch Dressing Roam...

Lived place on Sunday. It took a while to get our food as it was sitting on the counter and getting cold before the man went on to get it. Never called our number. Had warmer food desired and was still good and filled.
