Delaney's Steak Seafood Wine - Madison

Four stars, a class of 'B' from me. Sometimes I want the country club experience without paying for the country club or even as a member of a country club. There are a few different places in the city that make this experience good, Delaney 's is one of them. Service was top notch to finish beginning, top down from host / I take managers to the bearders and wait staff. Come here for a stress-free, simple culinary experience. The main rib was okay. The wedge salad was great. I expected an old fashion here to be stellar; they did not melt the fruit. Older, but not old.

The steak and service was Very good. I came back again I liked it so much. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding meal...worth every penny. Must stop if looking for some great steak and knowledgeable staff.

I took my partner for his birthday on the recommendation of a friend and we really liked it. The staff were lovely (lots of fun at the front bar, especially! . The food was excellent. We started with a half order of mushrooms, which was more than enough for an appetizer (the table next to us ordered a half order of onion rings and it was GINORMOUS . My partner ordered the filet mignon (Oscar with asparagus and bearnaise , Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. There was so much food he couldn't even get to the potato. Lol I had the salmon with cherries and mashed potato medallions. It was knockout delicious and I'm still thinking about it. If the beer cheese soup is on special, definitely get that too. We really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They didn't hover but we were never short drinks and everything came out at the perfect place. This is definitely the spot for special occasions (or just a nice dinner we're anxious to try the bar menu too! . We'll be back thanks Delaney's!

We had our golf league banquet here and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff took great care of us and were very nice. Our steaks were all cooked to perfection. Appetizers and sides were also great. Prices were very reasonable. We loved it and will be back.
