Culver's - Madison

Every time I visit this Culver's by East Towne, the employees are in great spirits and always seem very happy.

The burgers I had on Sunday evening were messy, but they were still decent. My cheese curds arrived very late, after I had already finished my meal. It wasn't even that crowded at the time. To make up for the delay, they did offer us two complimentary scoops of custard. Unfortunately, the custard was gritty and contained ice crystals, indicating that whoever was in charge of making it that day wasn't doing things right. Generally, I would rate most Culver's locations a five out of five, so receiving a three is quite disappointing.

I keep receiving old crispy chicken sandwiches. It's clear they are reheated, especially since they occasionally serve them fresh. All I want is truly freshly cooked food, as advertised. That's the only reason I keep coming back.

This particular location has always been rock solid. Been visiting it for over 10 years and I've never received an incorrect order. Not once. Made to order meals, decent prices, good service.

Love everything about Culver's. Food is Always fresh and hot.
