Chicken Salad Chick - Madison

I went there to get my wife some dinner on Saturday evening. I arrived about 5pm, and was informed they were out of most of their salads. The employee informed me that they don't make a lot on Saturday as they are closed on Sunday. I would not recommend going there for dinner on Saturday nights.Food: 3/5

I have always been a fan of Chicken Salad Chick, but my visit on June 7, 2023, resulted in food poisoning. I was really disappointed because I genuinely enjoy their food. After that experience, I’m hesitant to go back. Food rating: 1/5.

The food is consistently excellent, but unfortunately, during our visit last week, we attempted to order three different items, and they were out of all of them. So today we thought we’d give them another chance. However, when we arrived to dine in, we saw a sign indicating that it was drive-through only. Normally, I would give a restaurant three opportunities to impress me, but at this point, I seriously doubt I’ll return.

Vegetarian options: They also offer pimento cheese.

Love this place! Like the side options and also how you can pick a sweet or savory chicken salad. Yum!Food: 5/5
