Bear Bottle - Madison

I had the Mexican Street Corn Chicken Tacos, which came with flavorful toppings and a perfectly seasoned sauce. My companion ordered the Slammin' Salmon Cobb Salad, featuring smoked salmon, large chunks of crispy bacon, and more. Both dishes were incredibly delicious! The restaurant has rolling doors that open to the outside, creating a relaxed yet stylish ambiance. It's far better than your typical pub food, and they have an excellent selection of craft beers. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and charming. We’ll definitely be returning!

This is a fantastic spot for a meal and a drink. They have an excellent selection of beers, and the place is clean with friendly staff. I will definitely come back!

I ordered the BIG sandwich, and my photo doesn't do it justice because it concealed a generous strip of steak nestled between the bread. Every component of the sandwich was delicious, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and appealing (though they could have used a bit more salt). The beer menu is impressive, featuring a wide selection of high-quality options. Overall, my meal of steak, potatoes, and beer was both satisfying and reasonably priced. I highly recommend dining here or enjoying a drink at the bar.

Bear Bottle is more than just the average neighborhood bar. The bar catches my eye with the large terrace, open garage doors and a west coast appearance and feeling. The room sounds somewhat angular due to the wood and steel interior, but conversations are made by the many screens that transmit sports. Had the opportunity to down a few pints and the recommended appetizers from our server was a hit. Nachos are tasty without the feet, large portion with enough chips to share with their farm fresh salads. The kitchen knows how to fire meat and fish. Local craft brews from the surrounding area make the stop worth it. There is something familiar with the menu and children will certainly enjoy their burgers and tacos. Bear Bottle missed a five star due to the limited staff who contributed to longer service times on the terrace on a weekend. We are not discouraged and will definitely be back for some of the West Coast IPAs.

I went there for lunch, but on Saturday Sunday 10a-2p they serve brunch. It has a good variety of dishes and drinks. I had pigs in a blanket with eggs and hashbrowns. It was good and I go back. Bear Bottle has a great atmosphere and friendly service. Great neighborhood place.
