Little Caesars Pizza - Madison Heights

I love how friendly the staff are and the service is quick. I did not wait long for my pizza. I had 2 hungry children with me and they were ready to eat. They gave the children free cookies. The pizza was also made too perfection. Thank you for being quick and providing SUPERB customer service ?

Big fan of this thin crust pizza. Great staff, fast and friendly. They do it right, they treat you right. Look at them, really good food at really good prices. Toss a couple of dollars in this tip also jar that team deserves it.

Ordered a pizza online and due to the oven malfunctioning the order had to be cancelled. In using my T-Mobile Tuesday promo code, I was unable to redeem it anywhere else. I went into the store to ask them if I could just apply it to a walk-in order since the coupon could not be applied online anymore and the cashier talked to the manager who called their supervisor. They were unable to honor the promo code but still gave me a discount and I was also their last order before closing. I appreciated that they followed proper protocol, didn't make me any promises, but still did something they could do for the inconvenience of losing the promo. I also frequent this location the most and they have consistently been good at customer service and completing orders accurately and timely.

Delivery was great and customer service was also great. Something new for me was the key code when you order pick up. I thought that was cool and convenient for customers and the employees. Just type in your name or code they sent you by text or email and the door will unlock for you to grab your stuff and go.

Best Little Caesers in the area if you ask me. Are used to get large hot and ready pepperoni pizza?s regularly at the location on 14 mile and Ryan but it seemed like the pizzas were getting worse every time I ordered so I bought one at this location and it was really good. They didn?t skimp on cheese or anything. I will definitely be going back there for all of my Little Caesars pizza needs.
