Sonic Drive in - Madison

I typically don't write a review but this sonic in particular deserves less than a 1 star Rude staff we waited 35 minutes for some chicken strips,

We ordered a Lemon Gelato, and a Chocolate Blast Our order was taken very promptly The gelato was very good The blast was average.

The absolute worst Sonic I have ever been toI've now had three problems in as many weeksToday was the last straw.

I place my order large lemonade and large water) in the app and it took at least 12 minutes for someone to come to my car to tell me that they didn't have lemonade and offer me another drink. I'm not even sure if I paid more for the lemonade then I would have the slush that I ended up getting. The young man who brought my order out was very nice. It just took way too long after ordering in the app while I was sitting at Sonic and then immediately checking in.

I did a mobile order for two fountain drinks and checked in at a stall to wait. It was crowded and I did not mind waiting. After 20 minutes, I hit the red button and was told that they were only serving drive thru now and the employee turned off communications. I just wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. This location will never get my business again. I had to reach out three times to request a refund. If the stalls are closed, put signs up or at least tell people. I was not the only person frustrated and this could have been avoided with simple communication. Most people do not mind waiting if they are aware of the situation. 0/5 stars
