Sea Breeze Condominiums - Madeira Beach

Will stay here again.We stayed on the fourth floor, end unit and the views were amazing. Our condo was clean and comfortable with a generous living area and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all of our stuff.They have a nice pool and outdoor area. Their hot tub is massive but due to the heat we did not use it. More than enough chairs in the pool area and two small cabanas of you needed some shade.There is plenty of parking both covered and open lot. Parking is limited to two cars but it was never full or crowded.There is more than enough to do both north and south of Gulf Boulevard. Don't forget to visit John's Pass for shopping and eating. A little past that is a Publix grocery shop which has everything you would need for groceries and more. So many restaurant choices for any taste and budget.

The condo was nice and the ocean view was amazing. Unfortunately it doesn't matter when you have to walk up and down the stairs. The elevator is always out of service.

Room 308 had an amazing beautiful view of the Gulf. The room was atrocious Immediately upon walking in the smell of cat urine from the living room carpet. The air conditioning subpar, ice cold in the kitchen and living room, and a sauna in both bedrooms and that explains the box fans in the closet. We had to go buy bleach on the first day for both bathrooms the caulking in the showers had black mold like no one had cleaned it in months. The kitchen was somewhat updated. The balcony clean and phenomenal view. The bed mattress tags were from 2004. Carpets throughout condo filthy. Ask yourself Who leaves a cracked picture frame with broken glass hung on the wall ??? You can tell this owner either does not care or management company has no oversight. ZAK the maintenance man/pool cleaner/waste management control Absolutely fabulous young man Extremely polite,kind, and helpful Smiling every morning. The property outside he kept very clean and orderly. The beach was amazingly clean and the water Crystal clear to the Bottom. Overall I would never choose to stay in room 308 again. Hope this helps
