Muffin Break - Maddington

The customer service was excessive, and we ended up being charged for food we didn’t even order. The quality of the food was neither fresh nor visually appealing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My child previously enjoyed the kids' meal, which offered great value. However, I noticed that the price for these meals has recently increased by $2. This is understandable given the current economic conditions, but what's unacceptable is that they have removed one of the cookies from the box. This is truly disappointing! When I brought it up to the staff, they informed me that this decision was made by the new owner. It seems like they're prioritizing their profits over customer satisfaction, which is not a good business practice.

My mother and I ordered coffee and some hearty muffins, but they were so stale and dry that they fell apart as soon as we touched them. They were clearly old, so I decided to speak to the staff about it. Unfortunately, the young girl and the guy in the back just laughed in my face and tossed the muffins aside, which I found completely unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to that place. I used to go to a restaurant in Cannington, and everything there was delicious with very friendly service. Maddington is a disgrace and really needs to train its new employees better.
