A little among the employees, but thank the people who came to work today. good environment and happy people everywhere. have a wonderful happy day for them all. comes back.? love the sauce packs!

I strongly advise against eating at this restaurant. I visited tonight and placed my order through the kiosk in the lobby. When I received my food, it was incorrect. I approached the manager to address the issue and was met with complete indifference. Even when she tried to fix my meal, the service was frustrating. What’s worse is that the restaurant was not busy at all; it was just the manager and one other employee. The manager was more focused on her phone than on the customers. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I went on a Friday night around 6:00 PM, and I wish I had warned others to avoid it as well. The management clearly does not care about their customers.

This absolutely the worst location of this franchise. the personal is rude. I didn't get what I ordered. they accused me of eating that I didn't order and didn't even give what I ordered. the manager came to help all nasty lady did, the eating is to take back and it in 2 separate bags. good thing for her, I had grandkids in the car. J/S

I waited patiently, and when my transaction wouldn’t go through, I asked if it would help if I came inside to pay. I even pointed out that the kiosks weren’t functioning properly. After about 10 minutes, she approached me in a rude manner and finally checked me out at the register. I tried to do the right thing by being patient, but I ended up being treated poorly by the staff. In total, it took around 45 minutes to finally get my burrito. While I was waiting at the register, I noticed that my bag of food was carelessly tossed behind the dusty drive-thru register, and it was the very same bag that she eventually handed to me. I will not be returning to this place again.

No one would take my order had to use the kiosk not a problem but stood waiting for my to go order for 30 minutes since I couldn't use the drive thru being in a box truck. Food was good but service was slow
