フィードバックを提供するMy man went there today, and the girl that works had just begun a few months again. he said she had a smile on her face and was thrilled to serve him and made sure that he had a pleasant experience that was a breath of fresh air. because recently we had bad experiences at others. the food was fresh and wished he had received their names so that they could be properly recognized, good customer service is hard to find.
My son and l came for a peaceful meal only to be rushed off the line. I asked for my salad to be chopped she said: we don 't do that anymore . We were only 3 people on the store. Btw, they started helping a customer and they weren 't even done with us.
Worse subway I've ever had if it were the 1st time I had one I would never get one again. The person putting the sub together took forever, they put little to nothing on the sub even took the cucumbers broke them into little pieces absolutely ridiculous. If I would've been the one inside getting the order I would've left . My husband was at a loss the sub tasted as bad as it look
AVOID THIS LOCATION: The customer service at this location has dropped significantly, seemingly driven by the manager (an older female). At $15 per sandwich, I shouldn’t be subjected to curt responses and an overall passive aggressiveness; the presumed manager took over my order from the friendly younger female employee after loudly whispering “be stingy” to her (which is awful service and I should have walked out then), was unfriendly/short when asking what ingredients I wanted, became annoyed when I asked for extra peppers (only adding literally two more after having put hardly any on), and was so focused on trying to skimp and be stingy with ingredients that she failed to make the sandwich properly after being asked by me and reminded by the other employee (failed to add extra meat), did not remake the sandwiches but instead only heated the extra meat separately and slipped it in to the already made sandwiches, with no glove change at any time (not even after having made the previous customer’s sandwich). This was overall a ridiculous and infuriating experience and I’ll certainly no longer be visiting this location, and possibly avoiding Subway in general going forward. I find this a shame because I have often frequented this location, and while they may have struggled with staffing in the past year, they were always kind, made you feel welcome, and took care when making your sandwiches.
Went during a the lunch rush, appears there was only the one person there and the line was wrapped around to the door. The lady had to make the sandwiches and also cash you out. She also had to run to the back to get clean knives. She didn't appear to be the most efficient but she was nice given the amount of people there and the tasks at hand. The card machine was down and the veggies needed to be replenished but I'm sure she could only do so much. They were out of spinach wraps and pepper jack cheese. Definitely seems to be a management issue at this location with inadequate staffing and supplies.
