Delicious food and attentive service at a fair price. What’s not to love?

Four of us visited the restaurant tonight, and we were quite disappointed. They were out of too many menu items. I initially ordered the catfish dinner, but the waitress informed me that they had sold out the previous night and didn’t think there was any left. However, she returned to say they did have it after all. I also asked for a baked potato, but she mentioned they were still heating them up (honestly, two minutes in the microwave would have sufficed for me). So that option was also off the table. I requested lemon for my fish, but they were out of that as well, and the fish came without any tartar sauce, making it quite dry. The food was overall very average, except for the vegetable soup, which was quite good—I should have just ordered that. Last time we dined there, we received rolls with our meals, but none were offered this time; they were probably out of those too. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

We visited for the all-you-can-eat fried chicken, and it was an incredible deal! We enjoyed a delicious salad, vegetables, and the BEST sweet potatoes. The staff happily brought us seconds and thirds just moments after we requested them.

I absolutely adore their breakfasts and chicken! I've never been disappointed with the food or the service.
