フィードバックを提供するHorrible experience. First, when we walked in we were asked to leave the lobby, they said was only for Doordashers. Then in the drive thru we had to wait almost 10 minutes. Then the lady handed us our food without saying a word, didn't thank us. We were very courteous, I dont understand why it's so difficult for some people to be pleasant. Then to top it all off, THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
I hate this Popeyes. I can't wait until the Streetsboro location opens. It's farther but I don't care. Picked up lunch for my guy, they gave me the incorrect side and they don't know how to count out the correct change. My bill was $20.21. I gave them $21.00. Je gave me back .20 in charge.
5 piece wings with garlic Parmesan sauce.Wings were drowned with sauce which is better than not enough. And the person running the window didn't even look at me. And, he got frustrated when I asked for more napkins, I already knew that they usually drown the chicken wings.
Don’t order mobile for here. The orders never come through the system and it takes 3 days or more for a refund. Plus you get no food!
As if the reviews couldn't get worse, it's about to. Nobody answering speaker at drive thru. Went inside, they only have 1 guy working. He's doing the best he can, but you can tell that he's about had it with his job and I honestly thought he might quit at any second. Popeyes do better, pay people better in order to get more help, if you have to raise your prices so be it. Poor guy is running the restaurant by himself
