Kfc - Macedonia

The food at the Macedonia location is generally quite good. Over the years, I've only encountered one or two overcooked sandwiches out of the three or four dozen I've had. It's conveniently located near my workplace, and while it's fast food, it's not gourmet. The service at this location is always excellent as well. The drive-thru is quick, and paying at the window doesn't take long. I rarely experience any frustrating waits. The prices are quite reasonable too; a sandwich meal for under $8 is fantastic these days, which is why it’s one of my go-to lunch spots. Personally, I typically order the Colonel's spicy chicken sandwich or the three-piece tenders. I'm not too familiar with the rest of the menu, but I've heard great things about the mashed potato bowls. We've all enjoyed their buckets of chicken as well. The coating on the fries is pretty good, although they do have that newer trend where the fries are mostly air.

The customer service at this place was absolutely terrible! It seemed like the staff genuinely disliked their jobs. The woman who took my order was very unfriendly. I can understand teenagers being a bit moody, but she was an adult and her attitude was disappointing. When I asked for Buffalo ranch, KFC sauce, and ranch, she told me I needed to remind the girl at the window about my sauces. However, when I got to the window, the girl only gave me a bag with just the Buffalo sauce and none of the others. To top it off, I was handed a cup filled with ice and barely any root beer.

The food was excellent. I used the drive-thru on both occasions. The service was quick and friendly.

The people talking orders at this location are rude the lady on shift on the mic for drive thru orders on Aug 24th @2p acts like she hates her job.

The employees are excellent and have the fastest speed on serving
