Turkish Grill - Macarthur

Good service, no frills seating, basic decor but comfortable. Friendly and welcoming. We had the Mezze platter, nice but nothing outstanding, lots of turkish bread to fill the belly. Although not expensive, $36 for 2 for the mezze platter, can't say it is good value,...small portions of 3 dips, 2 zucchini balls, 2 potato balls, crumbed chicken tasty but very dry, no salad, and plenty of bread. All good though, happy overall

Food was delicious and plentiful. Haven’t eaten here for a while, it’s good to see the restaurant still maintains a high level of service and prepares good food.

Tried the Turkish Grill again after an absence of some years (we moved to the other side of town), and my first impression was that little had changed. The interior of the restaurant is identical in every way, and the menu does not seem to...have changed at all. However, the consistency also extended to the food, which was still very good. The trio of dips came with a more than adequate serving of excellent, piping hot, Turkish bread. The Zucchini balls were also excellent, tasty and quite refined. We built up a mixed grill of skewered meats and rice, which proved more than adequate for us, and the grilled meats were very tasty. I guess that the only thing that changed, inevitably, were the prices which were definitely higher than our last visit, but for all that it is still a high quality eating place, and reasonable value for money. Finally, can’t close without mentioning the smiling, helpful waitress who helped us navigate the menu to find dishes suitable for all of our tastes.

Wonderfully efficient and friendly service coupled with amazingly delicious food. The quantities of food per dish are on the generous side we have been here several times (we live in Sydney) and have had to take away our leftovers each time as we had...been so well fed. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. You really have to try this place when in Canberra you won't regret it!

Absolutely sensational. huge portioning, tasty eating, enough for another meal and heated well without losing taste. every bite was amazing. exceptional spring rolls, zucchini balls, amazing dips and sauces. the prawn pide and spicy salami pide were a highlight. that was worth money and delivery was 30min earlier than expected. the rest served the next night and was equally impressed by taste, quality. I would recommend the Turkish grill in erindale. high-consistent service, quality of food and they will not let hunger.
