Sumpan Noodles Dimsum - Mabalacat

Expensive para sa kaunting bowl of noodles. Minsan yung chilli paste nila sunog ang lasa. The soup is okay sana dagdagan ng noodles masyadong konti.

This place is open from 10a.m. to 5:00 a.m. and the yang chow fried rice is great .. we tried also the sumpan siomai and the sarap to the bone...
