Culver’s - Lyons

I like Culver's, but yesterday I went through the drive and placed a simply order:1 small strawberry sundae(Extra whip cream and no nuts)1 banana split vanilla increase(Extra whip cream and NO STRAWBERRY)Picked up at window they hand me the strawberry sundae and a bag. Since we were eating in the parking lot to eat. The bag had the banana split with a lid on it. Needless to say it was smashed and looked like it sat under a heat lamp. The whip cream and ice cream was melted and it had strawberry in it. And the banana was brownWent into the Culver's and asked for a manager. A nice young woman explained that they normally don't put a lid on the split but since it was drive thru the put on a lid and put it in a bag. I asked her to look at it and she handed me coupons for a free cup of ice cream. Really?? I said thank you but you need to replace the split because it's ruined. She did replace it.Again I like Culver's, maybe it's just the location.

They have some of the kindest employees at this branch.

Their burgers are out of this world very juicy and tasty and very flavorful I love their burgers

As burgers were excellent.Tried the mushroom and Swiss instead of my standard double Butterburger excellent. However, always get the family size.Onion Rings I have leftovers. Last trip, they shorted the amount of onion rings . This trip, they did it again, AND the rings were overcooked.!!!!!
