Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lynwood

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I walked in to check out the new Popeyes, but it was not a good visit. It seemed like they were fully staffed, but most of the employees were inexperienced, and I didn't even see a manager on site. There were about ten staff members present, yet it still took a long time for them to fulfill my order. They really should allow customers waiting for their orders to step away from the counter, especially those waiting for fresh chicken nuggets. Wishing everyone a nice day.

I ordered two family meals through the drive-thru and was instructed to park in the front. I waited almost 15 minutes to get my food. Once I got home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I was missing all 10 of my biscuits, received fries instead of mashed potatoes, and didn’t get the spoons I requested. I tried calling about six times but couldn’t get through. In the end, I had to drive back to the restaurant to correct my order.

Terrible service and food. This is the third time in a row I've received these burnt, dry tenders—they look so unappetizing.

This honestly has to be THE cleanest Popeyes I've ever been to. People eat quietly and there is no mess!! It's so nice inside!

Staff can be more customer friendly but people in these days don 't care about customer service nomore. Food is always good , dessert as well and the lemonade ???? I love it! They aren 't stingy with their Condiments ranch and bbq A big plus compare to other fast-food places McDonald 's lol. And another thing they need to bring back the famous beignets!!!! Apple pies are delicious as well way better than you know who! lol . Overall good place.
