Service is always friendly. They make sure you get exactly what you order. Food is made the same no matter which jersey Mike's you walk into you can count the the taste you were craving.

The lady working tonight was extremely rude to my husband. He simply asked her to make subs for both of us after I finished my 10-hour shift. If you can't provide good customer service, perhaps you should consider a different job. I really wish I had caught her name.
