フィードバックを提供するWent through drive-thru, order for two. Paid with a hundred dollar bill and only received exact change when I asked for a receipt. Cashier tried to short me a buck and some change. Always ask for a receipt at the Lynnway location!
Ordered a big box with a free beverage box thingy for pickup. Cashier looked like they were dead inside (I don't blame them) and their demeanor was kinda rude. The chicken batter was soggy and greasy as hell as well as the fries, the macaroni tastedpowdery, the mashed potato and gravy was bland, and all the soda was flat. All of this after paying almost half a hundred bucks!I'm only giving it 2 stars because the chicken was a bit juicy but other than that I would never order from here ever again.Major disappointment.
I often stop by this place because it's the only drive-thru on my way to my night class. Unfortunately, about 9 out of 10 times, they mess up my order. It doesn't matter if I'm in the drive-thru or inside; last week, I received a side of gravy instead of fries. They also tend to forget the sauce unless you remind them. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving!
None of our order was correct. We went through the drive-thru and there was no one behind us, yet we felt rushed as if there were a line of 10 or more cars. The chicken was cold and not crispy, and the biscuits were hard.
I was quite disappointed with my experience at KFC on Lynnway in Lynn, MA. There is neither a waiting area for orders nor a drive-thru, which made the process inconvenient. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for an 8-piece meal. Additionally, I found the staff to be quite rude, particularly some of the female employees who have shown attitude towards customers in the past. The restaurant could definitely benefit from improved customer service and better staff training.
