What a great little spot. It's small and has that mom and pop Cafe feel to it. Super clean and the staff was really nice. The chef took my order as it is a small operation. The food was a really good quantity, the quality of the food was great, and the price point was fantastic. I would definitely go back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

I buy protein shakes and salmon avocado toast from the 3rd wave cafe regularly, and they never disappoint!!!!! Today I went in for a protein shake and left with a complimentary theraflu tea because I was feeling under the weather, how sweet are they!!! Delicious food, nourishing and fresh. Fresh fruit is served with many of the meals. Come here when you want a balanced meal. Music is mostly Latin hits which I personally enjoy. Service is pretty good as well. Smoothies and protein shakes are tasty as well! They also have a variety of cappuccino flavors and plant based options. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available. Narrow doorway but I believe can fit a wheelchair. Service: Dine in
