Taco Bell - Lynchburg

The service was very disappointing as they messed up my order and then couldn't fix it properly. The staff seemed careless and threw my food together in a rushed manner. The girls who attempted to rectify the situation were impolite and seemed disinterested in their job. If you don't enjoy what you're doing, then perhaps it's time to find something else to do.

I found a hair in my cheese and then she acted like she didn't want to do anything about it, asking me "What do you want?"

The restaurant seemed old and like the food had been sitting out for a while. The quality of the food is not consistent, sometimes it's fresh and delicious, other times it's old and not very filling.

Slower than my grandma. Expect 20+ minute waits for small simple orders regardless of how many people are in line. Employees hanging out.

Tonight must have been a bad night. The food was fast but the service was lousy. By that I mean I was not greeted at the window. I was not reminded of the total. I was not thanked for coming and when I said, Thank you, have a nice night , I got, Uh huh in response. No Fire sauce and no receipt received. Getting pretty bad. 4 June 2022 ~8:35 pm.
