Starbucks - Lutz

Honestly, I was never impressed by a Starbucks employee. So much, I felt compelled to write this review. At a time when companies are short employees and employees are faced with burnout, I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service at this point on 1/20/22. I was greeted by the moment I went, the employee in the register was friendly and asked me about my day. There was no line so my drink was ready when I went down the counter and the Barista was very free. To see a group of workers who enjoy their day and so friendly made my day! Kudos to this team for all their hard work, with great attitudes and make my day so much better!

This location has some of the kindest people working there. They always make my day when I come here. Even when it’s really busy there they always serve with a smile and I appreciate that so much

Great service, I got my order double espresso on ice prepared in no time. Very friendly service and clean inside.

The gentleman was friendly and the service was fast but the tables were dirty and the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich was pretty tasteless making it very disappointing.
