Don't know what was so funny . ???? The drive thru worker/gal never said Hi kept laughing at the window. Never said your welcome. Seemed to be very distracted working. Very unprofessional.

Atmosphere and food are what you can expect at a DD. On this visit there were only 2 people on staff. The drive through was wrapped around building and it took way to long to get a donut and drink at the inside counter, even though I was the only in store customer. I was made to wait without even being acknowledged. I was about to leave, almost at the door when I was finally asked if I could be helped. I could clearly see they were in the weeds but that is no excuse not to just say hello, we will be with you shortly.

This used to be my go to dunkin! The last 3 times I have gone I have ordered a cold brew with cream and sugar and I cannot even taste coffee it’s literally milk with sugar so disappointing. I will be going elsewhere moving forward. Just a waste of money.

Mobile ordered a small iced coffee with 3 whole milk and they handed me a black iced coffee. I said to them I ordered my iced coffee with 3 milk and she said that is with 3 milk. Never experienced this at any other Dunkin. Avoid!
