Hello Basilica Today marks a week since I returned to Warsaw. We planned to meet you last Friday, but unfortunately we ran out of time. That's why I decided to write to you to express my opinion about this place and the people working there. Being in the city in various establishments or restaurants, I had the opportunity to try food and see what the approach to the client/guest is. I won't write much about others, because it doesn't make sense, but I will focus on the Basilica. Every time I came to you, you served very tasty food. Beautifully served, warm and fresh, depending on what we ordered, the waiting time was short. You have fantastic sushi, pizza, soups (meat brine, broth , Ukrainian-style karpacz, dumplings, fresh juices, drinks, desserts, etc. You surprised me (of course positively also in the sense that if I took the same dish for the second time, I didn't feel any difference compared to the first time I ate it. As for handling. I have never experienced such fantastic service as at Bazylik. I don't know what the secret is , is it always like this here or are you working on it , but we've never seen such an approach to the customer anywhere. Help in choosing the menu, interest in us when we wanted to order or ask something is invaluable and just a smile on every face of people serving us. It seems like nothing, but you can feel it. What else impressed me? I don't know if anyone has already told you this, but I noticed it. When I ordered food, drinks or just alcohol, the people serving us explained what is in a given dish, what ingredients are, BUT when saying this, the waiter or waitress looks at me and says it freely. Then I see and feel that this person knows what he is talking about because he looks me straight in the eye. It was similar with drinks. Someone will say what's surprising about this, after all, it's normal. Absolutely not!!! For example: We went to one of the premises in Luck, and the girl (the waitress looks straight ahead at the wall as if something was written on it and recites a poem to me like in elementary school. So it's not always the case. Basilica and the staff of this place, thank you for the fantastic food, for the hospitality, for the atmosphere, for the smiles on your faces. Dmitro, Julia, Sasza and Administrator Julia, thanks to you I want to come to Basilica. Therefore, when we are in Lutsk, we will come to you. And finally. Sasha, it was nice talking to you, you speak Polish very well. You surprised me one day by saying Hi!, I didn't expect that In the picture next to your name there is probably a sunflower, such a warm, cheerful flower.
