Mcdonald's - Luton

Just ordered a meal each for me and my husband. When it arrived, only my husband’s meal had been packed. How can you be that dense that you can miss out a whole meal?

Just ordered food on drive through. They usually just give a quarter pounder when we order double quarter pounder, so this time parked in the bay and discovered a double cheeseburger was missing. I went back to the window and was given the missing item straight away. I also said no receipt given. The guy said it was in one of the bags. On checking at home,no receipt found. Will have to thoroughly check the items and receipt in future before leaving. Ridiculous.

Got a parking ticket from the leavgrave luton restaurant for overstay but went in 2 times shows on my bank account but they say I overstayed. Will not talk ANPR is not working if you go out and back in so be aware if you go in and out twice will try to charge you £100 parking company will try to cash in and it is not a parking ticket but a ripoff parking charge. It has happened many times before that charges made but you have not overstayed so be careful use your dash cam as they say black photos of just numberplate is proof what a rip off and others have had same problem.

Food was cold fries was not fresh looks like old. I Oder 5 chicken slects and it meat was not cooked properly all the chicken pieces was raw disgusting food never go back

The food is always cold and when I asked them to get a burger the meat was half cooked I almost threw up. After that I was like I need a milkshake but no thay didn't have them but I saw an employee drinking a milkshake but the reason I gave this two stars is that a keren coincidentally came in I watched employee getting harassed I wanted to do something but you know I feel like it was watching a movie so yeah that's why I gave it to stars #keren W for one tim in my life
