Al Frangos - Luton

The staff at this restaurant is excellent and extremely friendly. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful. I ordered the Shisa chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. To my surprise, the waiter then brought me a full cake, chocolate covered fruits, a milkshake, free cocktails, tea, and sparkling water. The staff here are truly amazing!

This restaurant is a very laid-back and relaxed environment. Just make sure to familiarize yourself with their policies before leaving a review.

The restaurant resembles Nando's in terms of ambiance. The service was quick and the staff were courteous and amiable.

Very poor service,went out with my friends to have a coffee and the waiter come to us and asked us that we have to order sisha. As we didn't want to buy sisha he asked us to leave...I was shocked by the approach of this guy...I will never recommend that place to anyone. Awful. If is this the way you treat ur customers? Not even one star doesn't deserve...
