Firehouse Subs Timonium Crossing

Just waited at least ten minutes to order my food, then another 38 MINUTES after I paid for my order to get the two sandwiches I ordered. RIDICULOUS! When I mentioned how long I had waited when I was handed over my food, I got a suffering and a carpet. Most likely 't will ever get back to this place, employees have one I could not take care of less about you or my job setting. Very disappointed. Food was good, service was absolutely terrible.

I've never been respected by a restaurant worker like I was tonight. I'm a Uber Driver and came here to pick up a delivery order. I have no control when I receive offers. I arrived at Firehouse Subs and the door was unlocked, so I went in. I didn't even get the chance to board when a worker informed me that we closed 6 minutes ago, dog and asked if I had already paid. I told her it was a Uber folder. She asked well why are you 6 minutes too late? I answered and said I just received the order and asked quietly if I could pick up the order. A simple yes or no question, you might think so. Then she said you want to give me some tips? At this point I was not mad at the unnecessary confrontational attitude and disrespect. If she had said I'm sorry we were closed, that could have been. I will not return here for future deliveries or for my own patronage, as I do not think I will be spoken and respected with a good experience in a business.

Great little spot! It was my first visit, and they took the time to explain the menu and my options. I ordered the beef and cheddar brisket, and it was quite tasty.

Very tiny serving sizes for an expensive price. I'd call it the new subway, but subway gives a way larger portion. Harley curved my hunger, go somewhere else
