Montague's Eatery & Lounge - Lunenburg

Grand Banker is a must-try restaurant in downtown Lunenburg, especially after a day of golf at the Bluenose course. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The fish and chips were just what I needed, perfectly crispy and flavorful. I highly recommend stopping by Grand Banker for a delicious meal in a charming setting.

I had the best breakfast of my trip so far at this restaurant! After five days on the road since leaving Manhattan island, I can confidently say that this place serves the best oatmeal and a delicious meat lovers' breakfast.

I selected this restaurant because it matched my personal style. It's not fancy, but many locals also dine here. The dinner service was friendly and good. I opted for the 2-piece fish and chips, but in hindsight, I should have gone with the 1-piece. The haddock was excellent, fresh, flaky, and not overcooked. The fries were crispy and fresh, and the coleslaw was also excellent – not too creamy, which was great. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

We've been in a few times for breakfast. It's my new favourite breakfast spot in Lunenburg! The breakfast is large and filling. I love that my omelette came with a fruit bowl. Very refreshing! You don't feel hurried at all, which I really appreciate.
