Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Restaurant

Great place to go with the family. Service was bery good!

My visit here was pretty basic not very memorable unfortunately. I wasn't very cozy and even part of the restaurant was over crowded with either merchandise or too many tables. My wife and I visited the restrooms and they were unsanitary and need attention more often. The servers here were very kind which is important, however quality assurance needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I ordered the steak and egg breakfast medium rare, eggs over easy and steak did not rest causing it to be near impossible to chew and bled all over the plate. Lastly, while ordering a root beer I was not informed that it came in a smaller glass bottle with a regular cup of ice. Costing more than a fountain drink by a dollar it is also NOT refillable. I feel like I should have been informed although I did know that prior to ordering I was looking for my server's attention to detail and transparency.

Walked right in didn’t have to wait. It’s not as busy as it could be due to Interstate 95 being worked on. But you must try the Maple Bacon Chicken.

We couldn't even park because we were towing a camper and a bunch of other cars (that had nothing attached to them) were parked in the reserved for towing parking spaces.

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel, I go there every chance I get, however this store must be going through a big turnover. The waitress was new and we had to wait 35 minutes, then she said the chefs were new so they didn't know how to make each thing, we had to describe it as it was written in the menu, it was weird. I still love the food even though it was a little cold. Service however, was lacking. Oh, and the biscuits were all burnt on the bottom.
