I nearly snatched that little orange tray from the girl’s hands because I was so hungry, haha! Just so you know, the young lady who brought me my meal was extremely polite. Thanks, love!

Food and drinks were good as always, but the fact that I got asked what else do you want after everything I ordered got annoying real fast. How about teaching your staff to upsale items instead of interrupting and maybe at least act like they enjoy theirjobs.

The only reason this is a one star review is because it wont let me leave a zero star. This sonic location is absolute trash. I?ve had bad experiences here a few times and waited to come back thinking maybe it got better. No! When i pulled in i pushedthe red button and waited a few minutes then pushed it again. They werent busy at all. Then a lady come out and told me thatstall wasnt working. Didnt bother to put a sign on it or a cone it its spot or anything to show it wasnt working. So i moved toa different spot and made my order. While making my order the person taking it was constantly rude and snappy. I then waited for30 minutes while watching other vehicles come and go and i havent seen or heard anything about my order. I called back thru thebutton and asked what the status of my order was and they just turned it off. So i pushed the button again and they just saiditll be out. So i asked how long its already been 30 minutes and they just repeated itll be out with no time frame. So we waitedanother 5-10 minutes then i left and went to whataburger next door.

This is definitely the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. The employees were mostly just standing around chatting, occasionally bringing food to their friends. After waiting over half an hour for my order, I pressed the button to check on the estimated time, and they merely told me it would be out soon before hanging up. The drinks had been sitting there the whole time, so by the time we received them, they were watered down and unappetizing. My iced coffee was basically just syrup and ice—no actual coffee in it at all. To top it off, the food was cold.

We waited over 30 minutes for two burger meals and an ice cream. After pressing the button to check on our order, we were told, "It'll be out." When we inquired about how much longer it would be, they simply repeated, "It'll be out." The service was absolutely terrible. We ended up leaving and went to Whataburger instead.
