We were there for a closed event. We had a very rich breakfast buffet. The selection is very large and of everything and for everyone what is there. Hearty as well as sweet components. Great rolls and bread choice, small dessert etc. Service and location are a dream. Every time and again. Too bad breakfast will only be requested for events.

The combination of rustic ambience in the former fermentation cellar, restaurant focusing on local cuisine beer specialities and the brewery museum is unique and worth visiting. In addition, the possibility to get guided tours through the museum in English is an attractive opportunity to offer visitors and business partners a program away from the usual.

Right horny location! Not only in Dortmund is good beer brewed. The combination of museum and restoration is top for evening events. Everything really good in shot, the connection with the modern structure and the brick walled vault cellar, bomb!
