Kfc - Ludlow

Don’t get the chicken strips they are the size of a nugget. What a waste of money.

Paid for coleslaw and when I went back they didn’t fix my order. Place is disgusting and people are RUDE and unprofessional. And swearing at me !!!

Went in tonight to order the chicken with tenders meal and was informed that it was only available with the online ordering. I downloaded the app and had a question about the deal and Warde came right over to me to ask if I needed anything. I asked her about the deal and she helped my through the process. She was very attentive and told me she'd keep the online ordering system open on the screen so she could start my order right away. She has a very warm welcome and is very helpful. I found out it was her first day on the job and I had the chance to let her know she did an awesome job helping me out. I noticed a Rising Star board in the restaurant and I know it won't take her long to get it! Great job Warde!!

Placed order on the app set time for 30 min after, when I get there nothing is done, had to wait another 20 min and they were out of original so got stuck with crispy. Kids working there were rude as well.

Wife picked up a bucket of chicken from Ludlow ma location, the chicken was overcooked and salty, this is the second time this occurred. If I didn't live a half hour away I would bring it back. This establishment is really going down hill. And I would not recommend this
