フィードバックを提供するAt least 3 times I did not get my full order. I recently ordered 2 hot coffees. I got 2 coffees that had no taste! They tasted like water! I do not have covid! They tasted like maybe they were decafinated! I ordered regular coffee! I alsoordered 2 cinimin rolls! I received 1! Then the delivery person left the order outside on the stoop! I have instructions tobring my order into the hallway and to my door! I think that people that work on the evening shift are told to give leftoveritems to those who want deliveries! When I called Dunkin they said maybe they didn't have what I wanted!! So, you shouldcancel the order then, and stop giving customers your left over items please! ????
The nightshift at the Ludlow Dunkin donuts is prize winningly incompetent or just illiterate. Maybe they are okay if you are standing there picking up your order but for the love of God do not order from here with door dash or grub hub they geteverything wrong and charge you full price. If you have a food allergy get your epi pen ready because they never read anydirections for your order. Go to a gas station for your coffee you will end up happier than being charged for a latte andgetting a Luke warm coffee with a splash of milk and no sugar.
I visited this morning, and although the line was long, I didn't have to wait for long because they worked quickly and efficiently! The staff was very friendly, and an older gentleman generously gave us Dunkin' Donuts gift cards, which was such a sweet gesture! The place was also very nice and clean inside.
The coffee was fantastic! It felt like having a taste of Brazil right in my backyard. I can't wait to return!
Jen, the thin blonde who I believe works as a manager, consistently seems to make my coffee incorrectly on purpose because I don't tip her.
