Tim Hortons - LUCAN

This Tim Hortons is likely the best location I have ever been to. Even though it is always bustling with customers, the staff work incredibly hard to make sure your order is prepared promptly. The entire team is fantastic, and I only wish I knew all their names so I could recognize their hard work. Alyss and Sue are exceptional!

The employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the coffee is consistently excellent. I prefer coming here in the evenings because my usual coffee spot can't compare. The coffee at this location is consistently delicious. Special thanks to the evening staff for always getting it just right and tasty.

This place always takes a long time to make your order. Today they didn't even bother to make my Wrap. I waited 20 minutes and finally asked where it was. They looked at me like I was a liar, then proceeded to check if my order was real.When they finally got my food they didn't even say sorryOh and all while the the employee were getting their orders in. Good to know employees come first here.

Place is discussing, your feet stick to the floor and you can't find a clean table. The staff, what a joke.... only speak English when they want....
