The Lost Cajun - Lubbock

My chicken pasta was enjoyable, but the jambalaya was dry and lacked flavor. The service was good, but I'm not sure we'll return, as I expected the food to be better.

The food was incredible, and the waitstaff were delightful. The prices were reasonable as well. For my meal, I dined in for dinner, and it cost around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere, which were also top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Fried Catfish Plate!

Absolute worst seafood gumbo I have ever eaten. Mushy shrimp and horrible flavor. Same for all the other gumbo/etouffees on the menu as we tried them on sample platter. Cook said it was some pre-packaged gumbo base. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Hands down, this place has the best catfish in town! Make sure to try the off-menu appetizer, Catbites—it’s a secret favorite of mine that I order every time I visit. While the service can be a bit slow at times, the staff has always been great, and the delicious food is definitely worth the wait. Plus, the prices are very reasonable!
