Taco Villa - Lubbock

The quality control at this taco bell has gone way down hill in the last couple months. Also the chicken quesadilla is the most pathetic over priced item on the menu. That quesadilla alone ruined this tacobell for me forever. Adios

Probably my least favorite Taco Bell in lbk: they’ve refused to fix their freeze machine for over 6 months and every 2 3 times I order they manage to mess up or not give me my items. Just do yourself a favor and pick another Taco Bell

I am a door dasher I walked in to pick up an order and none of them were wearing gloves there where just using there bear hands to handle customers food just gross I suggest no one goes there just a heads up

The employees have been new and nice enough. But they've been out of what I intended to order on every visit I've had since November.At this point I just go down Milwaukee even though it's another 10 mins down the road for me from home. On the times I have ordered the seasonal boxes, etc. I've had stale taco shells , gorditas, etc.Get well soon y'all a few years ago this was a much better taco bell, I usually stopped there when in town visiting family. Now I live right down the road but I'll just drive further or go to taco casa if I'm craving fast tacos.

I was in the car by Beacuse the doors where locked. I had to place two separate orders one for my friend in the car with me. You said we're just doing one job per vehicle. So I'm leaving. I sell engines. That's like I'm telling a customer who wants Teo engines. How stupid is that? Even if thd door is open when yoh waln in you feel unwilling because there is no one to welcome you, just a computer. If it feels terrible. I never have disappointment over Taco Villa. I likd taco bell food but his too hard ti get it.
