Taco Bell - Lubbock

Need a better system for drive thru. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to just get to the box to have the lady say they are closed! If I could give 0 stars IWould.

Got ripped off was shorted a taco and 2 burritos. Horrible location. Do yourself a favor and try real Mexican food instead of getting ripped off at this Taco Bell

Ordered on the app and got shorted 3 tacos and a burrito. Wow. Yall are trying to be fast but i sure did just got ripped off. Thx for nothing. Terrible all around

That is the best taco bell ive ever been to! the flavors we so awsome and i was just so amazed. The workwrs were also very nice and quick going. 10/10 would recommened

First time at this location and the LAST! ordered online and picked up my food both people at the window were rude- looked like they hated their life but that's not my problem. Got home and the chips for the nachos were all over the bag and were crumbs- if I wanted crumbs I would have customized this on my order- nachos- barely anything on it and only put on one side- my burrito was more of a rolled tortilla with nothing in it. Also- I guess you don't have to know how to count working at this location because I barely got any hot sauce and I did request a certain amount. I know this post won't matter to anyone but I work hard for my money to and to receive my food and know I just gave my money away, really is terrible.
