The person who took our order was very polite and attentive. As for the food, I would rate it a perfect 5/5!

The famous bowl here looks quite disappointing. The popcorn chicken appears to be mostly breading with hardly any chicken present. Overall, I'm very let down. Food rating: 1/5.

What happened to this restaurant? It used to be fantastic. The food is disappointing, the staff seems unhappy, and the management should be held accountable for the current state of this place. Even the crust is off; it resembles poorly made lumps of flour and is undercooked.

We'll never visit this place again. We came to the city for dinner after arrival. All the outer lights were outside; we didn't know if they were open. They were from Mac n cheese and corn. My son ordered a famous bowl. When we came to the hotel, we realized that they filled the bowl with popcorn chicken... and nothing else! The restaurant dining room was dirty; her garbage collection was open with garbage on the floor. This place needs a lot of help.

I went through the drive thru. Service was fast and accurate. Food was hot and freshVegetarian options: This not for a vegetarian.
