Gas Light - Lubbock

Very attentive servers and a nice ambiance.The only negative is that some of our food took a long time (about an hour for quite a few items). My guess is that is because it was busy and most of the food is prepped in house, not purchased pre-made and dumped in the fryer.Food is good and reasonably priced for the quality.

Food and drinks were on point however waitstaff was rude, particularly one waitress who wasn't even tending our table who wouldnt mind her own business. Not to mention I watched one of the other waitresses hide and sneak shots while on the job. They just lost a repeat customer who used to frequent this place.

The location is fantastic, but be aware that this place is essentially designed for smokers, with a bar included. If you're not buying cigarettes, don't worry—you'll still get plenty of secondhand smoke for free!

The restaurant was really cold, but the food was great. The vintage decor isn't the best choice for enjoying beer. I suggest transforming the back space into a cigar lounge with leather seating and air filters for a more comfortable experience.

One of the best places for a cocktail, with the exception of the lantern Tavern and Cafe J. Awesome Terrace!
