China Express - Lubbock

Ginger Express is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Lubbock. We usually eat the Orange Chicken and the Pork Lo Mein. The food is great and the portions are very generous. We have several Chinese eateries in close proximity to us, but Ginger Express is well worth the drive.

The person who took our order was incredibly friendly and brought our food out quickly. Everything was delicious and served hot. My fiancé's niece also really enjoyed her meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely come back!

I ordered the sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Both dishes were good, but not exceptional. The breading was different from what I expected. The rice, however, could use more flavor—maybe a bit of soy sauce would help. The egg roll had a good flavor, but while the outside was nicely golden brown, the inside still needed more cooking.
